Yengyee Lor is a Leadership Coach and Consultant and the founder of Faithful Consulting LLC. Her passion for leadership coaching and consulting comes from her experience with poor leadership and her desire for social change and organizational reform. She has a Ph.D. level education in Organizational Psychology, Masters Degree in Counseling and a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She has thirteen years of team building, collaboration, assessments, goal planning and monitoring, and leadership professional work experience. She is a member of many professional organizations such as Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), International Coach Federation (ICF), ICF Wisconsin Chapter, and Women for Change Coaching Community (W4C3). She holds the secretary position on the ICF Wisconsin Chapter and is Co-chair Elect for W4C3. Yengyee gets a genuine “rush” when helping others.
