    To ensure that we are all of the greatest value to other mastermind group members everyone must have enough experience and have a business that is generating enough revenue. Because of that, you must have a business that is generating at least $100,000 to be considered for membership of the group.

How Does a Mastermind Work?

  • The mastermind group is usually composed of 5 to 10 business owners, plus a facilitator.
  • This group connects virtually online once a month.
  • Each group meeting will have designated ‘thought seats’ where the chosen members will have the chance to ask a question and receive feedback from the group. The designated member in the ‘thought seat’ will rotate depending on the size of the group. Generally, at least 2 people take the thought seat at each meeting. Learning occurs for everyone during the ‘thought seat’ time because new perspectives are shared that everyone can take away and apply.
  • Our Mastermind has a private Facebook group that allows group members to get to know each other better and connect between group calls.
  • A Mastermind is a sacred and confidential space where you can feel comfortable sharing your successes, failures, challenges, fears and ambitions. All members of the group sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure confidentiality.
