“I fell into that trap where I was very passionate. I was riding a passion wave and everything was fuelled by passion. The challenge without was its unsustainable. So I did end up really burnt out and really ill. The other thing is of course by doing everything by passion I wasn’t doing anything strategically I was just putting out a huge amount of energy into everything. I actually in 2010 I had the best year ever, I made the most money and then I did what every sensible guy does and I went to Australia for a month at the beginning of the year, I followed a girl that I was in love with and my whole business fell apart while I was out there because I didn’t have a strategy.
