Inspired by his love for Chinese jianbing, Brian Goldberg first founded Mr Bing in 2015 as a pop-up in New York City. After gaining popularity and winning the 2016 Vendy Award for Rookie of the Year, Mr Bing has since expanded to three locations, with two more coming 2018.
