“It’s really important to learn and use your own mindset for good instead of just reacting to the motions you have and the feedback you get , be really strategic and intentional and channelling those things into a successful output as a simple example what I mean is, today I had a team member that I really like, got a great job offer and is moving on and, I actually want that, I always want people to grow and succeed and I’m always happy for them when they move on but in the moment today I feel like man I’m really disappointed that I have to find somebody else to fill their role, in the moment it can feel like very defeating”…[Listen for More]
