Entrepreneurial Role Models:
When business started difficulties overcame:
“I purchased the business so the challenges were a little different than starting the business, when I bought the business and took it over the biggest thing for me was I was entering a brand new industry that I had very little knowledge about, no experience with so for me it was learning the business, learning the industry and at the same time getting to know my employees, what their roles are, understanding what we do and trying to make a better product and make things run more efficiently”…[Listen for More]

Best Advice to Other Entrepreneurs:
“Just go for it, if you have a passion for something and you’re a hard worker you’ll ultimately be successful, it might not be what you’re looking to do now but at some point you’ll find success and for existing entrepreneurs I’ll say just stick with it, it doesn’t matter what type of business you’re in and how successful the business is you’re always going to run into hiccups and there’s always going to be challenges, some more so than others”…[Listen for More]
More About Michael Zirinsky:
Neil’s Quote at the Beginning:
“What I point out to people is that it’s silly to be afraid that you’re not going to get what you want if you ask. Because you are already not getting what you want. They always laugh about that because they realize it’s so true. Without asking you already have failed, you already have nothing. What are you afraid of? You’re afraid of getting what you already have! It’s ridiculous! Who cares if you don’t get it when you ask for it, because, before you ask for it, you don’t have it anyway. So there’s really nothing to be afraid of.” Marcia Martin
Other Quotes From the Chat with Michael Zirinsky:
“You can be a B or a C or even a D entrepreneur but if you work really hard you could still have a successful business and I think that’s the number one thing and sometimes if you’re not passionate about your business and your business is running into challenging times it’s even harder to work hard because you just don’t have the momentum in your favour”
