“There’s the things I thought were going to be the hardest things then there’s the things that were actually the hardest things, I think the thing people worry about in starting a business is the paperwork, making sure you’re paying all the right taxes and that you’ve got all the right files filed with the right people and this kind of thing and that ends up being pretty easy. The hardest thing for me was personality management because I work with comedians and I work with a lot of them, depending on the time of year 25-30 different comedian type personalities, they’re really wonderful people but I’m not going to pretend there aren’t some egos and ways different things should be done about this”…[Listen for More]
