“prior to buying the business I was a salesperson, I had seven staff, customer service people that we all work together. And prior to owning the business I would buy them spa packages and presence and thank you gifts and all that stuff. And we were all one happy big team and everything was wonderful. And literally the second that we started point-to-point and I bought the business all those relationships are changed. And it really sort of took me by surprise and it was probably about a six-month process where I realised… I was shocked and then I was offended and then I realised when you are the boss you are the bars and it’s different to being the hotshot sales guy… I have come to respect that I think it is probably to some extent it’s good business for an employee to treat the owner -like and owner.
