Entrepreneurial Role Models:
When business started difficulties overcame:
“the difficulties I had to overcome was myself. Not even realising that I was an entrepreneur. And I say that because I started out as a camera operator working for NBC sports and world wrestling entertainment. I started my business HJZ productions second to have a backup. I knew that I needed a backup if I got hurt… And I never considered myself an entrepreneur, only in the last five years. So, the difficulties was getting out of the way of myself and realising that this is what I need to focus on and taking it from there ”…[Listen for More]

Best Advice to Other Entrepreneurs:
“be grateful, operate from a place of how you know your business can help other people. Obviously, money is important to you and your business. Other Quotes From the Chat with Howie Zales:
- “marketing, being a better writer would have helped me and staying in my rain. And what I mean by that is concentrating on doing the five percent of what I am good at and what will help our business scale and then finding people to do the other things that I I’m not good at. I should have found people earlier to help and I think we would have scaled sooner”
- “never giving up, treating each day like it’s a new day, being grateful… So, the name of my company Viridity means in the state of being green. If you react to a situation that’s bad and you are like oh my god that’s the worst thing in the world. That’s called being in a state of red. If something happens and you get a great contract and you are like you want to celebrate and throw a party that’s like being in the state of being blue. If you don’t react either way blue or red you are in what they call the green. So that’s my personality, I stay even keeled, stay in the green ”
