“the hard thing for me was I came from finance and getting into software wasn’t a straight line. I sort of taught myself online marketing and I was moonlighting as an online marketing person prior to joining a start-up. And that was hard I didn’t really have other people that were doing that or showed me a path to do that so that was sort of hard path and it took me awhile to sort of get to that point.
