When business started difficulties overcame:
“well flow of course. I didn’t have loans or money to start with. So, a good thing now because of the Internet you can start a lot of businesses with a computer in your living room. The other thing I would say how do you start getting clients and how do you start telling people what you want to do for the world?”…[Listen for More]

Best Advice to Other Entrepreneurs:
“have got to do what you love. What I mean by that is people say ‘I don’t want to work my whole life.’ Well it’s only work if you are not enjoying what you are doing. I think humans get fulfilment out of being productive and out of working when it’s something that they really want to do. And whether that’s changing other people’s lives or whether it’s inventing something or whether it’s creating a product or whether it’s writing books if you can figure out… Being able to analyse what you really want in life and finding how you can merge that with your day-to-day activities of being productive and providing value to your fellowmen and making a good living out of it is really the sweet spot… You have got to be happy so you have got to find out what you want to do with your 24 hours in a day that is going to make you happy and be productive”…[Listen for More]

Other Quotes From the Chat with Brett Trembly:
- “unless you are in business to do something better than someone else or another business, unless you are improving on something then you are really in business for yourself and not for your clients, not because you have the driving desire to do better and to be better”
- “technology is what forces us to adapt”
- “these magical things called books that people have taken all of their information and their experience and learned and formulated those thoughts and organise them and put them out to the world for other people like myself to read and to learn. I didn’t pick up a business book for many years and that was something that I look back on and I say why did I have to think I knew how to do everything myself when there was a lot of help and a lot of resource’s out there available and now it’s things like podcasts and listening to the way that other people have operated”
- “being okay with failing”
- “80% of the hang-up in any business is the mindset of the owner. The owner, the leader, the entrepreneur is the one making the decisions. And by making slow decisions or not making decisions or living in fear that will permeate through an entire business and it will look a lot different than the business next door where the leader, the owner, the entrepreneur is constantly making fast decisions based on information, adapting to change, being forward-looking, having an infinite mindset instead of a finite mindset. And the way to do that is to get back to the basics and dig into to the principles taught by Napoleon Hill early in the 20th century”
- “fear is literally betting against yourself. I thought back through my life and there is not one thing that I have ever encountered that I was not able to overcome. So why would I be afraid of the future? Why would I be afraid of looking at my bank account? Why would I be afraid of taking risk when I’ve never encountered something that I couldn’t overcome not just by myself but with the help of other people”
- “if you are an entrepreneur and you try to be Superman or Superwoman… You cannot do everything yourself you absolutely need to get help. Your first step is hiring someone. You will double your productivity, you will double your revenue and you will realise that there are so many talented people out there that want to work with you and for you, that want the jobs you don’t want”
- “being business owner can be fun, being an entrepreneur can be a great way to live the way you always envisioned it but it’s going to take a little bit of work to get there”
