Best Advice to Other Entrepreneurs:
“try to stay as upbeat as possible because it’s very, very easy to fall flat especially when you are having a bad day and know that you can’t let things bring you down because you’re only going to hinder yourself and growth… Also, just to be open-minded because the path may not be going in the direction that you are hoping for but you need to be able to navigate the waters and the trails and the trees like the hills and the valleys to stay afloat. And you might end up on a path that leads you to a better promised land than the path you thought you were going down. So just to be very open-minded and not give up and again just to do whatever affirmations or positive things that you can incorporate into your daily life whether you think it’s silly not or you don’t have time for it or not, do it because it will help you stay in a healthy mindset which will enable you to prevail”…[Listen for More]

Other Quotes From the Chat with Mindie Barnett:
- “if you can make time for yourself, whether it be taking a walk or reading a good book or getting a massage or listening to some music or whatever it is for 30 minutes a day at least. But realistically speaking especially for entrepreneurs 30 minutes a day is a lot of time you will recharge and you will have time for you. And you will be better when you hit it on the street or on your keyboard or whatever it may be”
- “it’s easy to fall down there’s a lot that goes on in the day-to-day. One morning might be insanely great and then by afternoon you might get a bad call… So, I think if you can stay upbeat and you can stay recharged and you can stay rested in some shape then you are going to be more successful”
- “you have to put the team first; you have to encourage the team to do the best that they can do first. They get it first, everything is about them, and then you do it last.”
- “I like to always make someone, even if they’ve not treated me in the way I would like to be treated, I always treat them the way I wish I was treated”
