“the first one is is this really the right business for me?… for me there was definitely a mental debate internally when I was starting this that is this the right business for me, is this the right business for me and my family, and to what extent am I in love with the industry or don’t like it, all those kinds of things. There was internal debate I would say… for me how I got to clarity from that point was I set fail metrics… which were kind of qualitative milestones that we would look at over time.
