When business started difficulties overcame:
“difficulty is still something I am working on overcoming which would make it the biggest one, right. And that is, I call it riding two horses at once. But there are times in my own business where I really need to be a megalomaniac, ego, narcissistic buffoon. Right. Because I have to write website copy and I am on the phone with the committee on the other side and I have to tell them why I am the most amazing thing since sliced bread. It’s sometimes challenging to get to that place and to like fight for how right I am for them. I think if you spend too much time on what I call the ego horse it can ruin your business, it can destroy your relationships, it can destroy your relationships with clients and vendors. So when you have been there just enough you have to flip horses to the other one which is the humble horse or the humility horse. So I hope need to constantly be learning, I need to constantly be aware that even though I may have had some successes they are not guaranteed, I need to be constantly learning and supporting other people.
