There are so many people out there, entrepreneurs especially who judge themselves harshly, way too harshly and they are so self-critical that they stall themselves out from developing their own brilliance and moving forward and figuring stuff out and they just getting their own way. And there is so much potential in that group of people who have already self-selected to become an entrepreneur because they have something that they want to do with their lives and that is a huge disservice that they do usually to themselves, sometimes to the teams around them but definitely to themselves more times than not. And the ones that don’t tend to move much faster when they evaluate because they look at what’s worked, what doesn’t work and what’s one thing that I can change.
