Linda Adams with over 40 years of experience in Human Resources working for such marquee companies as Ford Motor Company, PepsiCo and Level 3 Communications, founded the Trispective Group in 2008. With her three partners their focus is on creating capability in leaders, teams, and organization. As a coach she has worked with every type of organization at every stage of development, across multiple industry and geographical borders. They wrote their book, The Loyalist Team, to share broadly their knowledge and experience about the universal truths of what works and what does not with teams and to support everyone who works on a team in creating their best team experience ever because they believe everyone deserves a great team.
